What’s Next?

If you are admitted to Carson-Newman, you can get a head start in the enrollment process.

1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

This will allow you to receive a financial aid package detailing your specific scholarship, grant and loan opportunities. Carson-Newman’s FAFSA code is: 003481

2. Submit your $200 enrollment deposit.

This amount confirms that you plan to attend Carson-Newman. You can pay your enrollment deposit through our application portal. It will be applied toward your tuition.

3. Confirm your housing.

Submit the on-campus housing form through our Housing Portal if you plan to live on-campus. Click the button that says “Student SSO Login” at the bottom of the page, then log in using your C-N email address and password. Freshmen wishing to live at home with parents or guardians within 50 miles of campus should apply using the off-campus housing form.

4. Submit your immunization record.

All incoming students are required to use the Student Health Portal to submit medical immunization records. Submitting this information is easy! There is NO fee associated with submitting your records, which gives you lifetime access to your uploaded documents.

  • Visit myhealth.ag-edg.com and then login with your C-N credentials and confirm your date of birth. You will see a section on the left labeled “Forms and Registration”
  • If you get an error message when to trying to login — note that it may take up to 48 hours for your record to be created after you have been accepted to C-N. Please contact the C-N Wellness Center with any questions.
  • Once you click on the Forms and Registration tab, it will take you to a list of immunizations that you need to be compliant.
  • Only the immunizations that are pertinent to you and your degree path will show on this screen. You will click the green update button and it will allow a place to put the dates of your immunization and the type of immunization. You may then upload supporting documentation under the “Immunization Records” tab.
  • Your documents will then be reviewed to make sure the dates match and supporting documentation is official. Once approved, it will then say “Compliant and Satisfied”
  • All immunization requirements must be met before a registration hold is lifted
